Above all, your safety is our priority. Every vehicle in our fleet is equipped with driver-facing safety cameras and cutting-edge safety technologies like lane departure and crash avoidance systems. This isn’t just about driving; it’s about driving with peace of mind, knowing you’re in a truck that’s as committed to your safety and comfort as you are to the job.

Please note that truck assignments are determined by our operations department, and we are unable to guarantee a specific truck as a condition of accepting a job.

Do you have APU’S on the trucks?

How Much Do You Pay?

Imagine a trucking career where your hard work pays off consistently and transparently. At our company, we’ve designed a compensation package that prioritizes your stability and rewards your dedication. You’ll start with a solid base salary of $72,800 annually – that’s a guaranteed $1,400 every week, regardless of the miles you cover. This means you earn for every part of your job: driving, pre-trip inspections, post-trip checks, fuel stops, and even your well-deserved time at home, on breaks, or waiting at docks.

But that’s not all. We value safety and efficiency, and we back this up with a monthly mileage bonus. Starting from 11,000 safe miles a month, you can earn an additional $300 to $800 average. This bonus isn’t just for the select few; it’s a realistic goal for our committed drivers. In fact, our top performers can take home over $80,000 a year. We also pay a yearly penny per mile bonus and one penny per mile yearly longevity bonus. So, a working example would be on 130,000 miles you would have $2600 coming on the bonus!

We understand that every driver is unique. Whether you’re chasing every opportunity to maximize your earnings or you’re more focused on steady, reliable pay – we cater to all preferences. With us, you’re not just choosing a job; you’re choosing a career that respects and rewards your individual goals. Drive with us, where your effort is valued and your financial stability is a top priority.

Where do you operate at?

Embark on a journey that takes you across the vast landscape of America. Our operations span all 48 states, adapting weekly to the ever-changing demands of freight, shippers, and receivers. While we steer clear of NYC, our routes are as diverse as the country itself, offering you an ever-changing scenery and experience.

We predominantly run recaps, optimizing your time on the road, and we often avoid resets, especially from spring to winter. This approach not only maximizes your mileage but also places you in a prime position to hit those bonus targets. Winter does bring a slower pace, with more opportunities for resets, as we prioritize your safety above all – no forced chaining here.

At our core, we believe in hard work, but equally in rewarding that hard work handsomely. With us, you’re not just driving; you’re building a career that’s as rewarding as it is challenging.”
